No dia 7 de 👄 setembro de 2016, o TSE confirmou a indecisão da ministra Ellen Gracie para manter o posto de Ministro dos Negócios 👄 Estrangeiros do Governo Temer, substituindo Dias Toffoli.

Em meio a este impasse o TSE também indicou Roberto Jefferson (Partido Social Democrático 👄 Cristão) como sendo o segundo candidato ao governo da república.
